History

CrayoNano is a nanotechnology company specializing in developing optoelectronic devices based on semiconductor nanowires on graphene.

CrayoNano AS was founded in June 2012. The Company originates from several years of research at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim.
