CrayoNano AS – New share capital registered

Trondheim, Norway—Reference is made to the announcement by CrayoNano AS (the "Company") on 25 April 2023 regarding the annual general meeting's approval of the share capital increase related to the private placement raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 125 million.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 746,592.74 divided into 37,329,637 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
